Performs duties for HR and Admin such as: * Ensuring all information are encoded accurately and on time
Screening/evaluation of received information
Coordinating with key individuals/stake holders
Providing reports and attending to other tasks as deemed necessary
Filing, routing, sorting of HR files and documents

Willing to work under Agency for 5 months contract
Skills / Competencies Required
Willing to work and report in the office daily
Able to communicate effectively (both oral and written)
Able to organize multiple tasks and manage time
Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
Able to do basic research skills with an eye for details
Able to sort, index, categorize, order, manipulate and organize information/data/documents
Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) software (i.e. Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) and databases to manage voluminous data
