Job Qualifications
A bachelor's degree holder, preferably specializing in Human Resource Management/Development.
Has 2-3 years' work experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management.
With good verbal and written communication skills.
With good organizational and management skills.
With exceptional problem-solving ability and familiarity with labor and employment guidelines.
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications.
Job Description
Assist in the hiring processes and onboarding, particularly in educating newly hired employees regarding the rules and regulations established by the company.
Managing concerns/issues among staff and resolving conflicts and grievances.
Monitors violations committed by the employee and adheres to regulatory standards.
Create memorandums for any disciplinary actions and must observe appropriate due process.
Responsible for monitoring probationary employee evaluation (3rd month and 5th month) and the annual evaluation of all regular employees.
In charge of endorsement of regularization to those employees who pass the probationary period.
In charge of tracking evaluation of those employees who are advised for probationary extension.
Perform other tasks as required by the immediate supervisor.
