Job description
IT SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
Graduate of at least a Bachelor's or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other computer-related courses
With at least 1 year work experience in IT or related fields
Knowledgeable on Web technologies, network technology, IT operations, Data breach and safety
Proficient in one or more programming languages
Analytical with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Deep familiarity of network concepts, including IP Setup, wireless routers, cloud services, and coding
Approachable and service-oriented
Persistence and a willingness to work through challenging tasks
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain office equipment, network facilities, server, internet and system/network security
Identify problems, analyze data, and extract key information essential for troubleshooting
Maintain stability of system/network operations
Utilize available resources effectively
Maintain and upgrade programs
Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs
