Responsibilities .Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions .Participate as a team member in a collaborative environment within a diverse workforce .Responsible in coordination of specialized company programs .Develop liaison relationships with management and employees and provide guidanceon issues related to assigned specialty (e.g. benefits, compensations, trainings, affirmative action) .Provide advice to employees regarding policies, programs, career development, regulations, issues, options, etc) .Resolve routine issues and employee concerns (e.g. medical claims, salary offers, availability, schedule of training programs, etc) .Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes ensuring services meet professional and industry standards .Assist with HMO Management .Undertake other general administration tasks as required by the PE Manager How we work As a combined business we have several amazing brands across fixed and mobile, these are the principals we are using to help us create something even better together. TPG Philippines is continuing to hire for all open roles with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. #LI-CP1 Requirements Knowledge & Experience .Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any Business-related course .Must have at least 2-3 years relevant HR experience in Employee Relations .Experience in a BPO environment as HR will be an edge .Able to work autonomously to meet deadlines .High attention to details .Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices .Strong ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment .Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft products .Strong organizational skills and time management .Ability to interact with staff members on various levels and maintain confidentiality
