I. Strategic
Develop, plan, and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests, etc.)
Develop and strengthen talent acquisition sourcing channels, hiring plans, and strategies
Collaborate in the execution of employer branding activities
Plans procedures for improving the candidate experience
Formulate and implement Topgrading (competency-based interview questionnaire) to help spot A-Potential candidates
II. Analytical
Validates Job Charter alignment based on Org structure and Job that needs to get done
Recommends based on approved headcount.
Facilitate hiring needs analysis and manpower forecasting
Rationalizing healthy and lean manpower requests and placement.
Regularly reviews and find bottlenecks in the recruitment process
III. Administrative
Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
Administer screening tests or formulate tests if necessary
Take part in the interview/screening/recruitment process
Prepares accurate recruitment and hiring documentation
Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
IV. Influencing
Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
Attend and represent the company in college fairs, and similar events
4-year degree in Psychology, Behavioral/Social Science, Human Resource, or any related Business Course.
4 years of experience in the end-to-end process of Talent Acquisition (recruitment and hiring)
P3 in Communication
A licensed psychometrician is an advantage
Project Management experience is an advantage
