Description:
Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Can do other admin tasks
Collaborate with hiring managers and department to set qualification criteria for future employees
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
Can do other tasks
Other tasks will be discuss upon interview
Requirements:
With experience in land based online casino or online casino
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Strong interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communications skills
