DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
In-charge of recruitment, on-boarding & off-boarding of employees;
Processing of monthly consultancy fees & payroll;
Monitoring of daily attendance monitoring (on-site & WFH) & daily attendance reporting to the main office;
Handling & processing of SSS/ Philhealth/HDMF requests & claims;
Monitoring of leave balances;
Monitoring of performance appraisals & issuance of regularization notice;
Internal events planning; and
Providing general HR Support & other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of B.S. Psychology or Human Resources Management or equivalent;
Must have at least 3 years of experience as HR assistant and/or Payroll Officer; ideally with Multi-National Companies;
Psychometrician License is advantageous but not required; and
Must have pleasing personality & excellent written & verbal communication & interpersonal skills
