Job Description
The Human Resource Specialist is responsible for overall execution of HR Process and Systems such as but not limited to: onboarding, training, administration of compensation and benefits, facilitation of performance reviews, organize employee engagement programs and activities.
Human Resource Specialist will assist the Human Resource Manager in strategic Human Resource Planning, Project Management, and discussions amongst the team.
ON-BOARDING:
Orients the successful applicants on the pre-employment requirements, and all necessary pre-employment procedures.
Collects and compiles the pre-employment requirements and ensures safekeeping of 201 file.
TALENT REWARDS AND ENGAGEMENT:
Maintains up-to-date and accurate HRIS data and 201 file safekeeping
Prepares and documents Employee Movements files, certification documents, organizational reports, and employment-related reports
Assists employees in availing government-mandated, company-initiated benefits.
Facilitates employee engagement programs such as teambuilding, assemblies, year-end parties, etc. and other activities such as engagement surveys
Prepares disciplinary action documents, and monitors the issued action such as written warnings, etc.
TALENT TRAINING and PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Conducts Training Needs Analysis
Develops Training Modules and Materials as needed by the company
Implements and facilitates training programs
Assists, coordinates and facilitates Performance Reviews
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field. A degree in Human Resources or Psychology major
At least 4to5 years of experience as HR Practitioner
Strong communication skills, solid organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Skills & Competencies:
Previous experience in creating strategies/ideas from the conceptual stage through the implementation and the execution.
Strong technical and analytical skills, problem solving and resolution skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and manage tasks is required.
Patient and passionate
Organized with online and physical files

Monday-Friday Dayshift/Midshift schedule
Location
Alabang
Must be willing to report at the office 2-3 days a week
