The Role
As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible in ensuring effective execution of the pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new hires.
How you'll contribute
Prepares various hiring documents (i.e., appointment papers, contracts, etc.)
Coordinates with potential hirees' submission of pre-employment requirements and collates submissions
Facilitates efficient onboarding activities on day 1 of new hires and logistics preparation
Turns over new hires documents to Compensation, Benefits and Records Department and provides new hires info to other units as needed
Processes taxpayer's registration (i.e., TIN) of new hires (if applicable) with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
Prepares account opening for new hires payroll
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Behavioral Science, or any related field
Must possess effective oral and written communication skills
Must be organized and keen to details
