The Role
As a HR Specialist, you will be responsible for the processing of government related benefits of SBC and Subsidiaries.
How you'll contribute
Attends to inquiries related to employee government benefits
Assists employees in processing updates in status with the SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth
Handles loan processing for SSS and Pag-IBIG
Facilitates processing of maternity and sickness applications, from submission of requirements to check preparation
Prepares Philhealth Form (CF1) and Philhealth Certificate for hospitalized employees
Prepares payroll instruction for government benefits related transactions
What we're looking for
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or any related field
Knowledgeable of government mandated benefits and processes
Has effective communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and can communicate with different types of employees
