- Responsible in the Administration of payroll
- Responsible in the Administration of benefits
- Organizes proper filing and safe keeping of all documents for and from SSS, PHIC, BIR and HDMF (i.e., received copies of government remittances, received documents concerning employee updates and benefits)
- Prepares monthly remittance and online reports
- Ensures on-time remittance and proper compliance of procedures
- Generates and prepares pay slips and routes to authorized personnel on-time
- Secures on time and complete submission of timekeeping report
- Performs other functions as may be assigned

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
