A day in the life of...
To ensure that department objectives are met and policies are strictly adhered to.
To ensure the efficient and effective administration of employees' compensation and benefits.
To take charge in conceptualizing, coordinating and executing improvements in systems related to Human Resources Management.
To provide assistance in the areas of Benefits Administration, Employee and Security Services, and Labor relations.
Adopt, implement and ensure correct application of standard personnel methods and procedures concerning Benefits system, Employee services and Labor relation.
Ensures internal equity by conducting compensation studies and analyses when necessary and provide pertinent information for job evaluation purposes.
Aids factory and department management in decision making by providing pertinent HRM data, studies and projects especially in areas where labor relations is a vital concern.
Develop new and existing policies and/or procedures related to activities and services of HRM when applicable.
Supervise and ensure the implementation and maintenance of Employee services such as laundry, canteen, clinic and guesthouse, while complying with the existing rules and company policies.
Oversee Janitorial and Gardening services to ensure compliance with the contract administration and their scope of work. Control and monitor standard procedures and work instructions.
Promote the establishment and maintenance of a harmonious and peaceful working climate with the employees while complying with existing laws and company policies.
Assists the Department Head in ensuring department compliance to the Safety Index Rating.
Ensures that needed safety training is conducted to department personnel as scheduled.
Ensures corrections of unsafe conditions identified through safety inspections and basic causes of accidents in the department.
Performs other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
What will make you successful
With Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Management or other related fields
Computer literate
Possesses good moral character
Proficient in oral and written skills.
