Responsibilities
· Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status
· Responding to employees' queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
· Providing information to employees regarding benefits, insurance and other benefits
· Managing leave form approval in HRIS
· Identify process issues and recommend changes to address non-compliance or risk drivers
· Developing and evaluating on-boarding plans
· Undertake other general administration tasks as required by the PE Manager
· Providing support for employee administration and processing issues
· Assisting in the development and management of HR Programs
· Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes ensuring services meet professional and industry standards
· Creation of active COE request
· Prepare and send - New Hires Details and Manual Daily Time Record to Payroll
· Validation of sign on bonus eligibility

Knowledge & Experience
· Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any Business-related course
· Must have at least 2-3 years relevant HR experience
· Experience in a BPO environment as HR will be an edge
· With experience in Manual Daily Time Record to Payroll
· Able to work autonomously to meet deadlines
· High attention to details
· Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
· Has knowledge and experience in HRIS
· Knowledge in applicant tracking systems
· Proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft products
· Strong organizational skills and time management
· Ability to interact with staff members on various levels and maintain confidentiality
