HR SPECIALIST - COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
 
Responsibilities:
Manage the processing of vital Human Resources documents
Process documents and ensure compliance in the administration of company and government-mandated benefits
Attend to employee inquiries and concerns to ensure that all Compensation & Benefits services are delivered seamlessly to all employees
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or background in Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits or any related field
Highly effective oral and written communication skills required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
Proficient in creating reports and MS Office
Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including night shift, weekends and holidays)
