ZigZag is looking for an HR Specialist (Compensation and Benefits) to join our team!
The HR Specialist will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like monitoring performance appraisals, administering employee benefits and leaves, and ensuring other employee programs run seamlessly. The HR Specialist will use the ZIGZAG Human Resources information systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And will also act as the main point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the Services is running efficiently and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves,
compensations, and resolving problems.
Conduct and assist onboarding and orientation
Promote HR programs to ensure a happy and healthy work environment.
Assist in developing and implementing new human resource policies.
Collect and assess HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics such as
regularisation and annual appraisals.
Oversee offboarding process and other processes.
Schedule and Conduct the exit interviews of exiting employees.
Maintain a database of all the employees' information and ensure they are up to date and
secure by continuously updating and maintaining the HRIS platform
COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
Training in Human Resources, its procedures, and policies, is an added bonus.
Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a related position.
Basic computer knowledge and use of Google Suite and HRIS software.
Good knowledge of laws and regulations of the workplace, employment, and labor.
Strong communication, people, time, and management skills.
Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude.
Must be willing to do field work, especially in government-mandated benefits transactions
*Candidates must be willing to report on site Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm
*Office is located in Mandaluyong City
