Job Description
The HR Shared Services Specialist is responsible for delivering HR operational support and administration services to our our Pilmico partners. The role is expected to provide an excellent colleague experience through resolving queries, maintaining data in HR and Payroll related systems.
The HR Shared Services Specialist will process various HR transactions related to the areas of HR Systems and Payroll and will work with the Global Business Services team to provide a centralized point of contact and expertise for company employees to ask questions and gain assistance.
Qualifications
Education:
University Degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll, statutory reporting, data entry and software applications
Experience:
Working knowledge of payroll processes and procedures.
Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
Computer skills: Google, MS Office applications, email applications and relevant software and databases
Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
Experience working in a multi-tasking environment.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes.
Effective oral communication skill
