JOB OBJECTIVE
The Recruitment Specialist will do end-to-end quality recruitment to help our team scale faster.
                               
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Carry out the recruitment process from paper screening, testing, and interviewing to pre-selecting of employees for final interviews.
Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
Maintains candidate records and documents all interactions in the applicant tracking system.
                                  
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
At least 1 year recruitment experience; preferably in a BPO setting.
Must have experience reaching out to both passive and active candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english.
