HR RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING ASSISTANT
 
Job Specification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
With at least 1-2 years of experience in HR Functions, especially in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Training.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and must have confidence.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews and Training/Seminars (Structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Excellent management, monitoring, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Computer literate, well versed with MS Office.
Specific tasks and Duties:
Regularly assist job applicants with the navigation of the application and solution process of FAG Engineering Group.
Communicates and coordinates recruitment advertising.
Determines applicants' qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with the requesting department.
Interviewing applicants with a consistent set of questions.
Handle and execute the entire training process, needs assessment, design, and development of training programs.
Handle and execute the entire process of Disciplinary action, (NTE, NOH, NOD, and NOT, etc.)
Ensuring the enhancement of employees' competencies to meet their current and future job requirements.
Responsible for the performance appraisals of every employee.
Assisting the back support department by doing some clerical work (Delivery permits, CPA permits, vehicle registrations, etc.) and making time-to-time requests for work from the head and management.
