SPECIFIC TASKS AND DUTIES
 
 Validate customer payments against outstanding invoices and update release status accordingly.
 Create and update sales orders accurately and on time.
Monitor issuance of sales invoices and ensure they match sales generated.
Prepare journal entries and complete general ledger transactions related to sales and accounts receivable.
Perform accounts receivable analysis and reconciliation.
Update productivity logs daily to record volumes processed within a given period.
Manage customer inquiries, documentation, and receivables concerns.
Investigate and resolve issues related to sales invoices and sales order processing.
Coordinate closely with the Senior Accounts Receivables Officer on collections, reconciliations, and AR-related concerns.
 
JOB SPECIFICATIONS            
 
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Honest, reliable, and adaptable with a strong work ethic.
Willing to be assigned in Canduman, Mandaue City
