Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Primary responsible for all payroll related tasks. Prioritizes consolidating payroll instructions and maintaining employee information regarding salary and employee movements. Accountable on investigating and resolving payroll issues and ensure strict compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Prepares validated timekeeping data and payroll information in preparation of payroll processing.
Enters and endorse data into payroll and administrative database for payroll instruction.
Prepares and process final pay for separated employee.
Maintains accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
Address and resolve employee concern relating to HRIS system
Responds and resolves payroll related inquiries and concerns.
Performs payroll deductions reconciliation relating to accounts receivable.
Prepares periodic payroll report for review and audit by management.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred.
Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of wage and tax PH law
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office application.
HRIS exposure is an advantage.
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
