Job Skills and Qualifications:
Preferably Filipino-Chinese/Pure Filipino
Fluent in Mandarin (Speak, Read, Write)
Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word, Google sheets, etc.
Have relevant experience is a MUST
Must have complete requirements ready
Willing to STAY IN (company provides accommodation and meal)
Job Responsibilities:
Handles email communication with the clients and ensures resolution of any payroll disputes.
Creating and distributing documents
Providing customer service to organization employees
Coordinates with Finance and Admin group for delivery of reports and payment of government deductions.
Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
Managed end to end payroll process of assigned associate.
Ensure that payroll is done accurately and in a timely manner.
Calculation and payment of termination payments. resignation/retirement/redundancy
