Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling of statutory/government
Responsible for acknowledging, addressing concerns and questions of all employees pertaining to payroll, government contributions, benefits, loans via email, other platforms authorized by the company.
Facilitates and maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and data entry of all employees.
Responsible for enrollment of employees on government-mandated requirements for the private sector (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, TIN).
Facilitate smooth exiting procedure for resigned, or employees ending their contract including those with the terminated contract by providing clearance form and processes including computation of final pay.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management or any equivalent course
With at least 1 year of related experience handling Compensation and Benefits
Have excellent communication skills in written and oral.
Experience in processing statutory and monetary benefits and other related government benefits
In-charge of proper, accurate, and timely processing of Payroll
Able to communicate within different levels of the organization.
Can start ASAP
With Drivers License is a plus
