Job Descriptions
Conducts regular audit of the employees' records to ensure that complete records of the employees are maintained including employees' records update if there's any.
Administers employees' status update and employer's as well
Coordinates with government offices for the submission,payments and posting of premium contribution and member loans.
Prepares worksheets by assembling, preparing and analyzing data
Creating and Validation of Payroll
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department
Filling of necessary project documents and accounts
Carries out assigned works from the management from time to time
Job Qualifications
Experience:
Payroll & Benefits Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
