JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for planning, designing, implementing and administering the overall total rewards (compensation and benefits), facilities, employee services and workplace - administration programs of the company. The primary function of this position is to manage all aspects of health and welfare plans, life insurance, time off, wellness programs, managing and addressing all - employee services related activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively plans, designs and directs the implementation and administration of all benefit plans, office management efficiencies and services.
Complies with all the required reports and other necessary documents from government mandated, loan applications and administration, renewals of DOLE licenses, employee car maintenance and alike.
Manages and collaborates with vendors and external partners to ensure maximum value of services is delivered.
Acts as project manager for total rewards for all acquisitions; includes benefits and care - coverage as well as business continuity plan.
Manages rewards programs for the company.
Prepares annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs.
Serves as the main resource for employees and managers regarding all benefit related matters.
Evaluates the compensation landscape to understand and learns from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends, track legislation and make recommendations.
Communicates actively with Accounting, Finance, Business Verticals, HR Business Partnering Team and other departments to review cross-departmental impacts and reconcile data sharing.
Manages data in accordance with the company's record retention policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records and company information.
Responsible on all facilities or workplace related management as well as operations.
Prepares and checks all government related remittances as well as reports mandated by DOLE other agencies the company transacts.
Completes special projects, as assigned.
Performs HR Business partnering duties on assigned business group.
Leads in creating policies pertinent to compensation and benefits as well as employee services.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
5 to 7 years experience in Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Wellness) including experience with self-insurance.Previous experience in Payroll.
Sound knowledge of the DOLE Regulatory and Legislative imperatives and impacts related to Compensation and Benefits.
Experienced with vendor-relations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through processes, identify and implement process improvements and resolve complex matters.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Possess proven operational, interpersonal, project management, vendor management and leadership skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
