We are currently seeking a HR Operations & Admin Senior Associate to join our team in Quezon City, National Capital Region (PH-00), Philippines (PH).
To perform HR/related activities on various systems (Successfactors, SAP etc.), primarily
pertaining to the employee life cycle (from Hire to Retire)
To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines/SOP
Responsible for day to day enquiries from employees.
End-to-end Onboarding/Offboarding
Responsible for maintaining the personnel files
Ensure Background Verification of new hires are completed as per client requirement
Resolve tickets raised by employees
Support audits
To perform tasks within the turnaround time and be able to multitask on a day to day
basis
Open for shifts
