Responsibilities
Review and implement necessary HR process, programs, and systems are in place to create an environment for productivity, satisfaction, and growth
Support different functions with performance management and employee development
Lead in the development and implementation of employee policies and procedures
Oversee processes on employee timekeeping, payroll, and benefits
Monitor and execute employee counseling and disciplinary actions
Lead talent acquisition and facilitate the effective management and positive engagement of talents from pre-employment screening to onboarding
Ensure that all administrative requirements in all facets of HR management functions are met
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Psychology, or other field or equivalent experience required
At least five (5) years experience in Human Resource, preferably in a heavy; construction and manufacturing industry
Strong client-support orientation, and the ability to influence a broad range of people at all levels
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational & analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite- Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Willing to work Monday to Saturday
