Job Descriptions
Confidently deliver the general functions the Human Resource Department such as end-to-end recruitment, processing of government mandated employee benefits, employee relations management, training & development, etc.
Document employee records such as but not limited to 201 files, performance evaluation, attendance, and/or other related documents
Disseminate memoranda, notices, policies in a timely manner
Contribute in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies
Ensure legal compliance of the company to applicable employment laws, and update policies/procedures as required
Compose necessary documents needed in an administrative proceeding or grievance, if any, and ensure proper handling of such case
Address employee relations and performance management matters
Participate in new developments to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any HR related discipline, Business-related course
Graduate studies is an advantage
At least 2-4 years experience in General and Strategic HR functions
Strong knowledge in end-to-end recruitment process, total compensation and benefits programs, labor and employee relations
Well understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Knowledgeable in developing HR policies and procedures
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
