Job Profile and Description:
Responsible for providing support in various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development , performance monitoring and employee counselling.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling and assist on creating policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Assist in performance management processes
Validate time keeping records of employees
Support the management of disciplinary and grievances issues
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Process SSS, Philhealth and HDMF Employee Benefits
Education and Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or other related field
More than 3 years of experience
Proficient in word and excel
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Monthly Rate
P18,000.00 - 25,000.00
