HR Officer
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Studies/Management, or equivalent;
• With at least 2 years relevant HR functions
• Has Good Organizational, Time-Management and Reporting skills
• Personable with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer proficient
• Must be Good Team Player, Resilient and Adaptable
• Having multi-tasking skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage & implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Knowledgeable and administer the Employee Compensation and Benefits
• Proficient in doing Timekeeping and payroll
• Conduct pre-employment
• Prepare HR related docs like memo, employees contract and company letter.
• Plan and prepare company activities and programs for employees
• Prepare ad monitor performance evaluation form for employees
• Provide assistance on processing of the benefit claims from SSS, Philhealth & Pag ibig Fund
• Prepare memo for holidays and other announcement
