• Employee management: Planning and coordinating the workforce, managing employee relations, and handling staffing issues • Recruitment: Overseeing the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
• Training and development: Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs • Compensation and benefits: Planning and overseeing employee benefit programs, including compensation, health insurance, and vacation
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with national and local HR regulations • Policies and practices: Enforcing company policies and practices
