JJ Commerce Studio is looking for a talented, goal-driven, and enthusiastic member of our growing team as an HR Manager. We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee the recruitment process, design company policies, set objectives for the HR team, help shape our employer brand strategy, be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems and ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
We offer a full-time, permanent work-from-home setup. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Manila Time). All roles are open to both Philippine-based candidates and outside the country. Enjoy working from anywhere you like!
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Laptop/Desktop - We discouraged the use of tablet. Windows computers are ideal.
Headset - Any type of headset will do
Webcam - Either built-in or external is fine
Internet - LAN or WIFI is fine
Working Station - We require a conducive working station. As much as possible, refrain from staying in common areas such as the living room, the kitchen, the dining room, etc.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
In this role, you'll be doing the following tasks:
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
Develop compensation and benefits plans
Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
Host in-house recruitment events
Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
Review departmental budgets
Organize learning and development programs
Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Strong candidate's experience and qualifications will include:
A strong candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar field, hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS), solid understanding of labor legislation, excellent communication abilities, leadership skills and ability to foster healthy employee relations
