Successful Candidates will be employed directly by MedRisk Philippines, Inc. (https://www.medrisknet.com/) and Genfinity Philippines will be facilitating this process.
MedRisk, Inc. -- a leading provider of managed physical medicine in the United States -- has set up their first Philippine office in Mandaluyong. They are continuously expanding their services, and they need an experienced HR Manager to be part of their team!
The HR Manager is responsible for the daily HR operations of the Manila Office and consistent communication and coordination with MedRisk's main Office in the US. Will act as a point person and on-site resource that will provide HR support to leaders and employees in both offices and Manila employees.
The role also supports corporate values and a positive work culture while ensuring promotion of MedRisk's mission and objectives.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Relations & Performance Management
Provide necessary guidance and support to all level of Management in the Manila office in order to be aligned to MedRisk policies and procedures.
Completion of all employment related interviews and discussions
Participation in the recruitment and on boarding process of Manila employees as needed
Facilitator of Company and HR initiatives for Manila employees including proper information dissemination
Alignment of policies and procedures while still in compliance with Philippine Labor Laws
Facilitate Employee Engagement as directed by US initiatives
Compensation and Benefits
Aide in the administration of employee benefit programs
Provide US support with regards to Manila compensation administration
HRIS System Management
HR data entry and report generation
Other HR duties and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related courses (eg but not limited to; Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent)
3-5 years of related working experience, leadership responsibility a plus
Experience with BPO and US companies preferred
Experience with HRIS System Management preferred
Strong background in Philippine Labor Laws
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal and people skills
Excellent organization skills and attention to details
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs
HR Certification is a plus

Salary package up to Php 100,000/month (depending on work experience)
