Manages the full spectrum of Human Resource;
Oversees internal HR processes to ensure compliance to policies and labor-related laws and proper implementation thereof;
Coordinates and processes HR-related projects such as but not limited to recruitment support, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, strategic planning, organizational development, and training requirements.
Graduate of Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, other Social/Behavioral Science or other Business courses;
Preferably has 7 years and above professional experience in most of the facets of HR with 2 years and above in a managerial post;
Has a background in most facets of Human Resource;
With good leadership skills;
Has above average verbal and written communication skills and great people skills.
