This role will oversee all HR strategies, programs and services for the company, covering more than 1000 employees. She will be supported by a small HR team. Preferred qualifications are:
-With educational background/experience in Psychology
-With more than 5 years experience as HR Manager
-With Excellent Organizational Development skills as proven by programs implemented in the past
-With solid accomplishments in all other HR facets
-Strategic and with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
