You are Oddefy's HR Manager for Culture and Career growth. Along with the Managing Director, you oversee the engagement, culture-building and career advancement initiatives of the organization as well as the other general Human Resource (HR) activities.
You ensure that processes are in place so that the OddGroup functions at its most efficient state, in terms of cultivating the appropriate working environment and culture and creating career advancement initiatives and opportunities for Oddefy Employees.
As the HR Manager for Culture and Career, you ensure that all HR matters from Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Incentives and Career Advancement/Development are taken care of. You ensure that through these services and processes, we foster the best possible working environment and culture for the employees and growth and welfare, all in the best interest of the company.
What You Do
1. You act as the main point person for HR for Culture and Career Growth, making sure that the HR processes and initiatives related to these are observed and implemented to help maintain business efficiency and profitability.
2. You develop necessary HR policies, craft any necessary memos, with the HR Team with announcements to the group.
3. You foster the most optimal working environment for the employees of the agency, ensuring their safety at work and work happiness.
4. You work alongside Oddefy Management in formulating the best structure and programs to build the incentives and compensation of the employees.
5. You oversee company social activities and projects meant to increase the social engagement of the group within its co-workers, making sure that these are happening consistently and will ultimately increase employee involvement and happiness within the organization.
6. Assist in ad hoc HR operations activities and projects of the company, making sure that they are enforced and is going to be of help with the daily run of operations.
Minimum 3 Years Relevant Experience as an HR Manager
Preferably with Creative agency Experience and is familiar with the Culture and Career Growth trends of the Advertising industry.
