We are in urgent need of a Human Resources Manager to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to the overall business objectives. This is for a DAYSHIFT Australian company - Saturdays and Sundays off!
The HR Manager will help in meeting the strategic business goals of the company through proper coordination of the following areas:
On-boarding
Talent Acquisition
Training and Development
Retention
Employee Relations
Organization Development
Compensation Strategy
Legal and Ethical Compliance
Responsibilities:
Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations
Conduct a continuing study of all Human Resource policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments
Help in formulating sourcing activities to ensure a healthy recruitment pipeline
Collaborate with both the recruitment and operations teams to gauge applicant/employee experience that is aligned with the standards of the company
Formulate and recommend Human Resource policies and objectives for the company with regard to employee relations
Take a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with a firm’s objectives
Monitor legal compliance both with the country and local labor laws; direct the preparation of information requested or required for compliance with laws
Conduct investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth
Oversee compensation and benefits and as well as employee movements
Create programs for employee recognition and performance reviews
Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars
Other tasks as requested by the management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is required
Higher education and leadership certifications are ideal
Relevant years of progressive experience and exposure to the different facets of Human Resource
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in a BPO setting with the ability to think and deliver on a global level
Experience working in a digital technology firm along with previous experience in a start-up environment is highly desirable
