HR MANAGER- COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
LOCATION: BGC, Taguig ( Onsite Reporting )
WORK SCHEDULE: Morning shift (9AM-6PM)
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Behavioral Science
• Strong Compensation and benefits experience, minimum of 6 years work-related experience and experienced in managing C&B programs in the Philippines
• Held similar position in managerial capacity for at least a year
• Preferably with previous experience in banking/real estate / mortgage business in a set-up or pioneering stage
• Proficient in using MS Excel.
