We are seeking a skilled HR-Industrial Relations (IR) to manage labor relations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and experience in handling union relations, grievances, and dispute resolution.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive labor relations with employees and unions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws & company policies.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict resolution.
Advise management on industrial relations issues, employment policies, and labor law updates.
Conduct training on labor laws, employee rights, and workplace policies.
Investigate workplace disputes and recommend resolutions.
Maintain records of labor relations cases, grievances, and dispute resolutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in industrial or labor relations (1-2+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of employment laws, dispute resolution, and collective bargaining.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work with management, and government labor authorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
