The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving operational processes across hotel departments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve service quality, and optimize resource utilization. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making, workflow optimization, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives within hotel operations.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze operational workflow across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Maintenance, and Back Office. 
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste in processes. 
Design and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. 
Standardize operating procedures for improved consistency.
Conduct time-motion studies and workload analysis. 
Monitor labor productivity, occupancy-related staffing ratios, and service efficiency.
Provide analytic reports to management and actionable insights. 
Optimize labor scheduling based on occupancy forecasts. 
Improve inventory management and supply chain efficiency. 
Support budgeting and cost reduction initiatives. 
Evaluate vendor performances and procurement efficiency. 
Lead cross-functional improvement projects. 
Support service quality enhancement initiatives. 
Assist in compliance and operational audits. 
Evaluate and recommend operational technologies and automation tools. 
Optimize PMS, POS, and operational system usage Support digital transformation initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
1-2 years of experience in operations analysis, preferably in hospitality or service industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and reporting systems.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
