JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management or any equivalent course
- With at least 2-3 years of related experience handling Compensation and Benefits
- In-charge of proper, accurate, and timely processing of Payroll
- Experience in processing statutory and monetary benefits and other related government benefits
- Must be adept in preparation of corresponding reports for management
- Organized and keen on details
- Can able to multi-task and ability to be flexible in dealing with clients
- Must have organizational and customer-service oriented skills
- Can handle pressure, trustworthy and hardworking
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
