HR Health Specialist
Location: Lawang Bato, Valenzuela City
Salary: Negotiable
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Issuance of SSS Notification forms to concerned employees
Process on-time filing of Maternity/ECC/Sickness Notification to SSS
Monitor the processing of employee's filed claims to concerned government institution
Computation of Maternity/ECC/Sickness payment and reimbursement
Coordinate with Finance/Treasury on the release of cheques to employee in relation with filed Sickness/ECC/Maternity
Ensure that Annual Physical Examination of regular employees has been conducted as scheduled
Ensure that all employees (subcon, regular and canteen personnel) comply with all medical or regulatory requirements
Facilitates enrollment at deletion of employees to accredited HMO.
Administer first-aid treatment and provide medication for employees as needed. Assist ill employees to hospital.
