We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and programs. The role involves handling end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance monitoring, and compliance, while promoting a positive and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Manage employee records, attendance, and other HR documentation.
Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and assist in payroll preparation.
Support performance evaluation, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and issuance of NTEs in coordination with management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with company goals.
Prepare HR-related reports and provide administrative support to management as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-4 years of solid experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
