JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Generalist Job Summary:
The Human Resource (HR) Generalist will run cross-functional tasks of the HR Department: recruitment, employee relations, and total employee experience. As such, it will be her/his responsibility to ensure that proactive measures are taken throughout the HR cycle.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute a talent-acquisition strategy as well as a recruitment plan.
2. Supervise and implement the onboarding, retention, and offboarding processes of all employees.
3. Address employee grievances and facilitate all actions needed on disciplinary processes.
4. Ensure that the HRD is kept up-to-date with trends, best practices, and technologies concerning the discipline of human resources.
5. Act as the point of contact for integrated HR activities, providing expert knowledge in the execution of the HR Strategy, which sets direction for all the HR functions.
6. Support the other HR functions when necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Education/experience:
College degree is not required but is an advantage; a graduate of social sciences or human resource management is an advantage
At least 3 years of similar work experience required
