MedRisk, Inc -- a leading provider of managed physical medicine in the United States -- has set up their first Philippine office in Mandaluyong. They are continuously expanding their services, and they need experienced Healthcare BPO associates to be part of their team!
The Human Resources Generalist should possess a diverse skill set in order to support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and processes in the areas of, but not limited to recruitment and selection, benefits and compensation, performance management and employee relations. The position requires involvement with sensitive and confidential information and considerable use of tact, discretion and judgment. A strong background in employee relations is essential as this candidate will partner with HR leadership to develop and execute plans to address complex and broad employee-related matters.
The HR Generalist should be able to communicate effectively and deliver valuable services to all groups within the organization. Support for our MedRisk PH office and our remote employees in PH will be included in all day to day responsibilities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to employees on various HR related topics and respond to routine HR questions within the PH-HRServices/PH-employment mailbox.
Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of management in order to provide necessary coaching, guidance and support. Provide performance management guidance to members of the MedRisk leadership team.
Partner with HR Manager to be point of contact for all employee relations issues and investigations.
Work with members of HR team to ensure MedRisk policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist HR leadership in communicating, administering and developing various HR policies, procedures, and standards.
Assist and coordinate in recruitment and hiring process.
Facilitate/assist in HR Orientation for new hires.
Monitor all recruitment request and schedule applicants for interview.
Manage/coordinate with the agency on onboarding and off boarding requirements.
Ensure timely conduct and submission of employee performance review.
Prepare/issue regularization letter, certificate of employment and acceptance form
Coordinate/assist with Health insurance provider relative to employees benefits availment, enrollment, reimbursement and claim.
Assist with HRIS data entry and system management while keeping system current and accurate by performing system audits on an as needed basis.
Assist with report generation.
Support alignment with the corporate values and a positive work culture while ensuring Medrisk's mission and objectives.
Participate in special projects or perform additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any other related course
Minimum of three (3) years of previous experience in Human Resources, particularly in Employee
Relation, Recruitment and Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits Administration
Preferably with in-depth knowledge of labor law and statutory practices
Excellent oral and written communication skills with confidence in dealing with employees at all levels
Able to build effective professional relationship across the organizations and employees.
Ability to function in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills and with keen attention to detail.
Experience in SharePoint and Sprout systems is a plus
Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
Willing to work on night shift
