Our Member Company is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing team. The Company works in the eCommerce space and is a well known brand in the eCommerce industry. This position is 100% Remote.
HR Generalist Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact to answer questions and help employees navigate all aspects of People Operations
Provide support in various HR-related topics
Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance
Identify issues and recommend solutions
Partner with Business Managers to resolve Employee Relations issues
Partner with global HR team members to ensure consistent delivery of HR processes and global priorities
Can work Mon-Fri 9pm-6am Philippine Time
HR Generalist Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or the equivalent work experience
3-5+ years Human Resources experience
Excellent time management skills
People-oriented, emotionally intelligent team player: ability to de-escalate situations patiently and effectively
Intermediate to advanced computer skills including HRIS systems
Align with the company's core values to ensure a world-class customer experience
Computer & Internet Requirements:
5MBS Plan or Higher (Must be DSL or Fiber)
Desktop or Laptop 4th Generation or Higher, i3 with a minimum of 4MB of Ram
Headset with Noise Cancelling Microphone
Webcam with a minimum of 720p Resolution.
