The perfect fit should posses the following:
A Bachelors Degree in Psychology/Business Management/Human Resource Management/Business Administration.
With at least 3 years of professional experience in handling Compensation and Benefits tasks.
Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management is an advantage.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Notable problem solving skills and ability make independent and responsible judgements.
Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
Can work under pressure
Willing to work in Mandaue City.
Can start immediately.
The Successful applicant will be on top of the following HR activities:
Maintain employee files and documents.
Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.
Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans.
Can handle payroll reports and other mandatory benefits on a regular basis.
Other special HR duties.
