• Assists in the preparation of Payroll, leave monitoring, and other employee concerns. (all sites)
• Prepares payroll for Head Office
• Prepares RAPS (request for advance payments)
• Ensures Government Remittances Reports are correct and submitted on time, such as PAG IBIG, PHILHEALTH, and SSS. (HO and Sites)
• Communicates employees about compensation, benefits, and other facets of their employment
• Responsible for application of loans such as gov't loans. (Head Office and Sites)
• Prepares

• Provides aid and assistance in ensuring compliance of Company policy and other regulatory agencies' legal requirements.
• Responds to questions or complaints from employees.
