HR COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ASSOCIATE
 
Core Responsibilities:
Administering Benefits: Managing enrollment, claims processing, and ensuring that employees and their dependents are properly covered under mandated benefits and company initiated benefits.
Payroll Processing: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, wages, and other compensation components.
Ensuring Compliance: Staying up-to-date with labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, and ensuring the company's practices are compliant.
Managing Employee Data: Maintaining accurate records of employee compensation and benefits information.
Preparing HR Reports: Generating reports on compensation and benefits trends, costs, and other relevant data.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
Experience: Relevant experience in compensation and benefits administration, payroll processing, and human resources is highly desirable.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are needed to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for communicating with employees and stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines is crucial.
Knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations: Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits is essential.
