Job description
Directly report to the Human Resources Supervisor - Employee Relations or Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
Developing of strategic relationship with client partners and other departmental managers by understanding the business needs and being involved by recommending the necessary approach in driving its business directives in accordance and compliance with Philippine laws (i.e., Philippine Labor Code and Data Privacy Act of 2012), local ordinances, and other relevant laws.
Actively participating in any business-related change management and effectively communicate the information to the employees.
Implementing discipline management by ensuring that due process is followed in compliance with both the Philippine Labor Laws and company-specific guidelines.
Providing partnership to the business unit to identify strategies to increase employee engagement and performance management through effective communication, policies, and practices.
Discussing with the management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies, as needed.
Supporting HRBP(s) with end-to-end delivery of human capital tactics that will drive the business to meet its goals. This role requires a combination of hands-on approach and critical reasoning and thinking, use of data to guide work, being comfortable challenging convention.
Providing insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions, solving problems and getting to the root cause of any issue, regardless of complexity.
Contributing to the design and support the implementation of solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond human capital and organizational solutions.
Providing advice and guidance to the Executives and managers on employment matters influencing management and the leadership around the people agenda to maximize service performance.
Identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
Ensuring key stakeholders are informed /consulted on relevant changes such as restructurings, redundancies, etc.
In-charge of processing end-to-end offboarding documents of separated employees such as but not limited to processing of employee's clearance, quit claim and final pay; and
Performing of any other tasks analogous to the foregoing given by the Human Resources Manager and Supervisor - Employee Relations.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, Behavioral Science, Industrial Science, Political Science, Law, Information Technology, Information System, Social Sciences, Community Development, or equivalent.
Preferably a licensed Psychometrician.
Exposure in the drafting of Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Decision (NOD) and conducting of mediations and administrative hearings or conferences is an advantage.
Data Privacy certification is an advantage.
Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification is an advantage.
Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
Must possess strong and excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills.
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, including the development and monitoring of the EEO/AA action plan for designated site/location; develop recommendations for action based on the analysis. Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
Must possess superior communication skills and the ability to communicate large and complex change.
