​​​​Job Responsibilities:
Spearhead transformative change as a visionary HR Partner
Develop and implement HR initiatives to boost employee engagement, talent growth, and overall organizational success
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to provide strategic HR guidance and solutions
Manage relationships with HR service providers and ensure payroll accuracy, talent management, employee engagement, and workplace culture enhancement
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
HR policy development, and data-driven decision-making are also integral parts of the role
Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related courses
At least 10 years of experience in different facets of HR, with at least 5 years as HRBP
A track record of successfully driving HR initiatives, transformational HR Partnering and brand experience strategy and implementation, talent experience strategy and implementation, automation and compliance strategy and Implementation, performance and analytics strategy and implementation and cost efficiency strategy and implementation
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
